Friday!! and Tripod!
Ah yes, another week over and done with. The good news is, I'm also off on Monday, we like long weekends! The bad news, once I'm back on Tuesday, it's 10 days on the trot... boo!
Still come 10th August, There's a bunch of us off to see Tripod (I dunno if links are allowed, but it's www.3pod.com.au) for the first time ever!!
Tripod are a three piece musical comedy band who hail from the sunny climes of Melbourne, Oz. They are fantastically funny, and are well worth a watch. Head over to YouTube, or Google Video, and do a search for them. You can even add the word 'sideshow' to the search, as they have a skit in the programme.

Moved House!!
So I've finally moved about 60 miles north of Cheltenham, to Wolverhampton.
A friend of mine now has a spare room after his ex moved out. So I'm hoping that I can now save some money (hooray!) and still have a decent life. I'm also hoping the job prospects will be better here than further down south.
Even though I'm in retail at the moment, and that the only thing keeping me going to work are the people I work with, rather than the job, one of the bosses has decided to make me 'training sponsor'. It basically means more responsibility with no extra money. Although, it's 'the fast track to being a supervisor'. (Considering I've transfered stores from down south, and being training sponsor there meant bugger all...)
Still, we'll see what happens, and I'll start looking for a 'decent' job very shortly... honest!!
